Yes — if you bought the Orthofeet BioSole-Gel Soft insoles to use with a particular pair of shoes, you put them inside those shoes. They are designed to fit shoes with extra room or removable footbeds.
If the shoes you bought are Orthofeet shoes, they already come with an insole. In that case, you generally remove the original Orthofeet footbed and replace it with the BioSole-Gel Soft, rather than stacking the two on top of each other. Orthofeet notes that thicker orthotics work best when the shoe has a removable footbed.
