If water is leaking heavily from the bottom of your Össur Cold Rush, that is not normal condensation. The instructions say to inspect the unit to determine where the leak is; if the unit itself is leaking, it should be handled through Össur/service rather than repaired yourself.
Here’s what I would do:
Turn it off and unplug it immediately.
Empty all the water.
Dry the outside completely.
Put the empty/dry machine on a towel or paper towels.
Add a small amount of water to the reservoir—just enough to test it.
Watch carefully underneath and around the bottom to see exactly where the water starts appearing.
