No — the Spenco Yumi is not a traditional cork-footbed sandal.
The footbed/sole is made primarily from compression-molded EVA, not cork. Spenco describes the Yumi as having an EVA footbed with orthotic arch support, deep heel cupping, a metatarsal dome, and cushioned forefoot.
The “Cork” in the color name “Straw/Java/Cork” is a color designation, not the material of the sole. One retailer's specifications also lists the outsole and insole material as cork, but that conflicts with Spenco's own product description, so I would rely on Spenco's specifications.
