If you're comparing the Orthofeet Coral No-Tie Comfort Women's Sneaker to the Sandy version, the answer is generally no—the Coral is not known to run narrower.
The two shoes are built on a very similar platform, and in fact many retailers describe the Sandy as a Coral variant with stretch construction. Both are designed with:
A roomy toe box.
Stretch knit uppers that accommodate bunions and swelling.
Multiple width options (depending on the version), along with removable spacers to fine-tune the fit.
The Coral No-Tie may feel a little more secure over the midfoot because of its elastic no-tie lacing system, but it shouldn't feel noticeably narrower than the Sandy. The stretch upper usually adapts well to foot width.
