First—important insight about your pain
The pain on the inner heel at the end of the day is actually common in your case.
Even though you supinate, plantar fasciitis pain often shows up: in the medial (inner) heel, due to tight plantar fascia + impact stress
The likely issue is not your orthotics, but your current shoes (Adidas casual): too soft or unstable, not enough heel stability + shock absorption, not designed for high arches / supination
What you NEED in a shoe (very important)
Since you already use custom orthotics, the shoe must: Neutral (NOT motion control) → because you supinate, Good cushioning → absorbs impact (very important for high arches), Firm heel counter → reduces heel pain, Removable insole → to fit your orthotic, Stable base (not too flexible), Casual / dress-friendly look.
I would look at Vionic Walkers or any of their styles work great.
