Heels increase forefoot pressure by up to 70–80%. Even the best pad = relief, not a full fix. If pain continues: Lower heel height (even a little helps), choose heels with a platform front (reduces pressure), and place the cushion just behind the ball of your foot—not directly under the sorest spot. This shifts pressure instead of increasing it. Most insoles are too thick for high heels, making shoes tighter and more painful. The Dress Ease - High Heel Insole solves this: it’s a very thin, targeted forefoot (metatarsal) cushion designed specifically for heels, so you get relief without crowding your shoe.
