These shoes aren’t specifically marketed as “swelling-friendly” the way some diabetic/hospital shoes are (which often have super-wide openings or adjustable closures). But they do offer extra width and a removable insole, which does help accommodate some swelling — especially if you pick a wide (2E) or extra-wide (4E) and maybe a half size up.
