I purchased a pair of these but the size says 9.5. Would I size up or down for my next pair?

It seems that these are no longer being made in half sizes. I wasn't sure which to order? A 9 or a 10?

If the Spenco Yumi felt tight as a 9.5, I’d recommend trying a size 10 for a better fit. However, if the spenco sandals women's style felt too big or uncomfortable, it’s best to size down for optimal support and comfort.
