Archcrafter should of come with a paper inside and you open it and the instructions should be inside, the Top half has your name and such on it.

I'm just looking for instructions for the arch crafter shoe insoles.
I can't find the instructions for arch crafter insoles.
All I see are a bunch of irritating ads and pop-ups about who is buying your products.
No offense, but I really don't care if Mrs. Jones in Kansas just bought something.
If you don't mind, if you're not really busy with pop-ups, could you give me support on the product I bought?
